Some of the cosmetic procedures we offer are:

Sclerotherapy (treatment of spider veins), chemical peels and Botox cosmetic.  We also remove clinically benign moles, Seborrheic keratoses, skin tags and lentigo's (sun/liver spots)
and skin rejuvenation with our PPx laser and Silk Peel Microdermabrasion.

 A consultation is required to determine which method of removal or treatment is appropriate.

In most cases the office visit for the consultation is covered by insurance; however, cosmetic procedures will not be filed with insurance.  Therefore, payment is expected a the time of service.  Written price quotes for cosmetic procedures can be given at the consultation.
